Rates are quoted per unit per night based on the number of persons occupying each villa/room. Government tax of 10% and service charge of 10% are to be added to the rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES INCLUDING CHILDREN:
1 Bedroom Villas - 4 people; 2 Bedroom Villas - 6 people; 3 Bedroom Villas - 8 people; Rooms - 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children 11 years old and younger. No charge for children 11 years old and younger. 12 years and older pay the additional person rate.
MEAL PLAN RATES:
BP - Full Breakfast $8.00 per person per day.
MAP - Breakfast & Dinner $32.00 per person per day
MINIMUM STAYS:
Winter -7 nights in villas and beachfront rooms, 4 nights in all other accommodations, except for December 15-January 6 when the minimum stay is 7 nights in all accommodations.
Summer - 3 nights villas and beachfront rooms, 2 nights in superior and garden rooms except for Holiday weekends. July 31- August 8 - 7 night minimum stay in all accommodations.

Final payment is due at resort 30 days prior to guests’ arrival in winter, 21 days prior to guests’ arrival in summer, except for December 15-January 6 and July 31 - August 8 when final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Winter – Dec 15-April 15 except for Dec 15-Jan 6: No charge if cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival. 3 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 21 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 3 night penalty
Holiday Cancellation Policy applicable Dec 15-Jan 6 & July 31- August 8: No charge if cancelled 46 or more days prior to arrival. 4 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 45 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 4 night penalty.
Summer – April 16-Dec 14 except for July 31- Aug 8: No charge if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. 2 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 2 night penalty.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of US$100.00 is collected from guests on arrival. This can be on an open credit card or cash and is refunded on check-out assuming there is no damage or loss in the villa or room.
