Rates are quoted per villa and per room per night based on the number of persons occupying each villa/room. Rates are subject to change without notice.
All rates are quoted in US Dollars E.P.

POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCIES INCLUDING CHILDREN:
1 Bedroom Villas - 4 people; 2 Bedroom Villas - 6 people; 3 Bedroom Villas - 8 people; Rooms - 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children 11 years old and younger. No charge for children 11 years old and younger. 12 years and older pay the additional person rate.
MEAL PLAN RATES:
BP - Full Breakfast $10.00 per person per day.
MAP - Breakfast & Dinner $35.00 per person per day
MINIMUM STAYS:
Winter -7 nights in villas and beachfront rooms, 4 nights in all other accommodations, except for December 15-January 6 and February 11-21- 7 night minimum stay in all units.
Summer - 7 night minimum stay in all accommodations July 29-August 9

PAYMENTS:
A deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
Winter - 4 night deposit
Summer - 3 night deposit
Final payment is due at resort 30 days prior to guests’ arrival in winter, 21 days prior to guests’ arrival in summer, except for December 15-January 6 and July 29 - August 10 when final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY:
Winter – Dec 15-April 15 except for Dec 15-Jan 6: No charge if cancelled 22 or more days prior to arrival. 3 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 21 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 3 night penalty
Holiday Cancellation Policy applicable Dec 15-Jan 6 & July 29- August 9: No charge if cancelled 46 or more days prior to arrival. 4 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 45 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 4 night penalty.
Summer – April 16-Dec 14 except for July 29 - Aug 9: No charge if cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. 2 night cancellation penalty if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival. No shows and early check-outs also assessed a 2 night penalty.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of US$100.00 is collected from guests on arrival. This can be on an open credit card or cash and is refunded on check-out assuming there is no damage or loss in the villa or room.
